      WHAT HAS SHE GONE
THROUGH IN HER OWN LIFE....

She was born with only one kidney, received a kidney
transplant more than 20 years ago and has handled to
keep healthy all these years despite the
immunosupressants'  side effects.

At age 14 she took care of her mom -who was manic
depressive-, look also after her younger sister, while
maintaining top of her class, as a high school student.

Wrote her first poetry book at age 19 and the second at age
29.

After finally being able to finish her college degree, she sold
what she had and adventured herself to travel alone around
Europe for 3 months (even when people told her that with
her kidney condition that wasn’t appropriate).

Got married and –again- challenged nature and dared to
bare a lovely child, despite having a kidney transplant!

After a vision she had while meditating, where she saw
herself and her partner in front of a lovely lake, she decided
to work on getting the legal papers to move to Canada as a
permanent resident.  It took her three years, but always
persisted in this true vision.

Again, she sold almost everything she had and felt drawn
towards the western side of Canada, where she now
resides with her daughter and is starting a new career,
aiming to help others achieve their own goals.

She was featured the "person of the month" in Hola Calgary
for the month of May, 2010.

She will march 100K in the Kidney March  in September
2010 to honor her brother's gift of life.
